SCHREIBER -- Schreiber's downtown revitalization project has hit a bump in the road.
Various delays have caused Schreiber's downtown revitalization project to fall behind schedule.
A site meeting has been held and Mayor Kevin Mullins is hoping the project can get back on track soon.
“[We need to] get the contractors moving in there, because next thing you know it will be the end of September, start of October,” Mullins said. “This thing was supposed to be done by the end of August.
Part of the downtown revitalization project included the development of a splash pad, which was scheduled to open Aug. 25.
