MANITOUWADGE — The Manitouwadge Family Health Team extends an invitation to residents to book their appointments with the Screen for Life Coach which will be in their city June 8-11.

The Coach will be parked at Sante Manitouwadge Health.

Their recent announcement also informed residents that letters are going out to those who are due for preventative screening, so that they can schedule an appointment on the coach.

They also wish to highlight that, “Some letters have a typo in the phone number to schedule and appointment on the coach.” The correct area code is 807-not 800 as indicated on some letters.

Residents are being assured that all safety protocols are in place to keep clients and staff safe.

Mobile screening for Breast, Cervical and Colon cancer will be as follows:

  • Breast cancer screening for women 50-74 years of age
  • Cervical cancer screening for women 25-69 years of age
  • Colon cancer screening for men and women 50-74 years of age

To book an appointment call: (807)-684-7777 with more information available at: www.tbrhsc.net/screenforlife
