MARATHON—Thanks to the efforts of Marathon Public Library and sponsor TD Bank, children of all ages can participate in a summer reading club.

The library recently launched registration for the 2022 TD Summer Reading Club scheduled to begin June 13.

The TD Summer Reading Club is Canada’s biggest bilingual summer reading program for kids of all ages, interests and abilities. To participate in this club is free and is offered in more than 2,000 public libraries across Canada. The reading club is also available online.

According to Marathon Public Library, the reading club celebrates Canadian authors, illustrators and stories, that help to inspire kids to explore the fun of reading their way. In their view, “This is key to building a lifelong love of reading."

For more information, parents, guardians, care-givers and families can go the TD Summer Reading Club website
