TERRACE BAY—Terrace Bay Community invites everyone to come down to the swim pool today as it is now open for the season.
They want residents to know that the Aqua fit program will run July 14 until Aug. 23, 2022, Tuesdays and Thursdays, with registration deadline being Monday, July 11, 2022.
AQUAFIT is known to be a great way to tone and build muscle endurance in an aquatic full body workout. Their qualified Pool Staff Instructors will be joining participants in this fun water workout. All ages welcome.
To register interested participants are asked to either call or go to the Terrace Bay Community Centre office.
