HORNEPAYNE—After hiring a consulting company to review and make recommendations to improve and develop a new website, the Township of Hornepayne announced its official launch.
The Township welcomed everyone to their new website page as of Sept. 26, 2022. City administration hopes that it is easier to use and navigate.
A key feature is that residents and visitors can use the website on their smartphones and desktop. The township informed residents of this when they launched the new site. They also shared that once you try out the new website, you can use the online questions, comments and concern form, available.
A “tip” that was also shared with residents, was what to do, if you can’t navigate through the alerts from your smartphone, when trying to use the new website.
Once on the new website you can access information about:
- Council meetings
- Business and development
- Community events and news
- Applications, licenses and permits
- Property tax
- Water and sewer
- Job postings
- Payment options
- Governance
The new website seems easy to navigate and offers information about topics that residents typically would want to know about and access.
