NIPIGON – Weather conditions have closed Highway 17 between Nipigon and Kapuskasing.
According to Ontario 511, Highway 11 closed in both directions Wednesday night from Nipigon to Kapuskasing due to poor road and weather conditions.
Traffic control is in place.
The highway closure resulted in cancelled bus routes Thursday morning, says the East of Thunder Bay Transportation Consortium.

The Lake Helen buses going to Red Rock and Nipigon have also been cancelled.
