WHITE RIVER — White River Algoma Public Health has declared March nutrition month.

Algoma Public Health invites all residents to learn more about how you can “unlock the potential of food”, and help make your future healthy.

March,2022, dietitians across Canada are coming together to share how they can support you and make your future a healthier one. From food security to food literacy and food sovereignty, to sustainable food choices, and nutrition care and prevention, dietitians from across Canada are unlocking the potential of food and doing their part to create a healthier tomorrow.

Each of these topics will be talked about and explained as dietitians across the country ask everyone to get involved. Access to these resources is easy.

You can find recipes, activity ideas, suggested resources, and story ideas for newsletters, social media, presentations, articles, local media, and more at www.nutritionmonth2022.ca
