WHITE RIVER – Shortly after midnight on March 23, Superior East OPP responded to a domestic disturbance on Superior Street in White River.
As a result, a 33-year-old from White River was arrested and charged with spousal assault and two counts of mischief.
The accused was held for a bail hearing and released.
The accused is scheduled to appear before the court in May.
Due to the domestic nature of the incident, the name of the accused will not be released to protect the identity of the victim.
