WHITE RIVER—The Lady Dunn Health Centre Foundation in Wawa, in partnership with NFMC Forestry has launched a fundraiser to raise funds for capital equipment to help support the hospital’s Meditech Expansion Project.

The “Seedlings for Support” campaign runs from April 22, to May 20, 2022 and features the purchase of a seedling.  Seedlings are available for purchase online and come in a variety of price packages.

According to the Township, they encourage residents to purchase seedlings while “investing in our planet by planting a tree.” This in their view, will not only help support a worthy cause but also help the environment.

Seedlings can be purchased online.
