Part of Highway 17 is back open after being closed earlier Wednesday afternoon due to weather conditions.
Ontario 511 reported that the highway has reopened between Pinewood Drive in Wawa and Highway 563 in Batchawana Bay.
Environment Canada has issued a snow squall warning for the area, forecasting an additional five centimetres of snow and reduced visibility.
