SUPERIOR NORTH -- Winter weather travel advisory is in effect for parts of the region.
The government weather agency says snowfall is expected to intensity Thursday morning before tapering off Thursday evening.
Additional snowfall amounts near 10 centimetres is expected.
Moderate winds gusting up to 60 kilometres an hour producing local blowing snow.
Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions. Slow down driving in slippery conditions. Watch for taillights ahead and maintain a safe following distance. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.
