SCHREIBER – Work is continuing on Schreiber’s "downtown revitalization" plan, despite some delays.
Schreiber’s Mayor Kevin Mullins says there have been a few delays, but construction is moving along.
“They are putting the tapping into the water as we speak, and so, we will have water to the splash pad, but obviously it’s not ready, and then we did a few change orders for them, and they are going ahead with some other things, so it’s starting to come together,” Mullins said in an interview with CFNO.
Mullins is optimistic the splash pad will open by month’s end.
