It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Eileen Albert (Dubois), of Thunder Bay who passed on April 21, 2024, at the age of 92 years.
Eileen leaves behind her daughter, Maureen Eade, son-in-law Jamie Eade; two granddaughters, Melissa Nystrom (Dale) and Becky Palmer (Luke); 4 great-grandchildren, Morgan and Jackson Nystrom, James and Felix Palmer, as well as siblings, friends and extended family members. Eileen is predeceased by her son Gary Albert and husband Henry Albert.
Eileen was born on April 5, 1932, in Fort William to the parents of Amie Joseph and Alice and spent her childhood in Murillo. Eileen spent 64 years as a devoted and loving wife to Henry. Her strength and love while caring for her husband and son during their illnesses was admirable.
Eileen was a devoted grandmother who spent much time making sure her granddaughters grew up with happy memories of swimming at One Island Lake, berry picking, baking, golfing, family vacations and much more.
She will always be remembered for her constant encouragement and support of her family.
As per Eileen's wishes there will be no funeral.
