George Mislenovich, age 83, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 5, 2023 at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.
George was born in Sioux Lookout on October 13, 1939. He worked at Provincial Papers for many years in the roll rap and shipping department. George liked to paint landscapes, play crib, golf and go on fishing trips with his grandson; who always got the biggest fish!
George will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Iris; sons James (Rosemary), Danny and Mark; grandchildren Jessie, Tiffany (Shawn) and George; great grandson Dallas; as well as numerous other family members.
The family would like to thank Dr. Allison and staff at the ER, St. Michael’s and All Angels, as well as the staff at Harbourview Funeral Centre.
Following cremation, Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 in St. Michael And All Angels Anglican Church with visitation to begin one hour prior.
