Mr. John “Jack” Burstrom, age 74 years, passed away peacefully at home in Shebandowan on Saturday, April 6, 2024.
Jack was born in Thunder Bay on April 14, 1949. He attended Lakehead University to become an engineer before starting J and R Burstrom Logging Company. He Spent the majority of his life living in Shebandowan. He was a devoted son and lived life his way.
Jack is survived by his nieces Kerri Berringer and Candace Burns as well as his great niece and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Ross Sr. and Delores Burstrom, brother Ross Jr., and sister Brenda Berringer.
Cremation has taken place. Arrangements have been entrusted to the WESTFORT CHAPEL, 420 West Gore Street at James.
