After a short but courageous battle, we are heartbroken to announce the passing of Joseph Robert “Bob” Jean Bélanger at home with his family by his side on Saturday, October 23, 2021.
Born and raised in Sudbury, Bob moved to Marathon where he raised three beautiful children. In 1995 he moved to Schreiber, where he met the love of his life Darlene, and her three children, who he took in as his own. They would spent the next 25 years in Thunder Bay welcoming a total of 8 amazing grandchildren who he adored so much.
Bob is survived by his love, Darlene, children Daniel, Michele and Marc (Shauna), Stepchildren Suzee (Yvan) Jimmy (Kylie) And Cherie (Frank) His pride and joy grandchildren, Dante, Dylan, Chandler, Logan, Madison, Dalia, Myla and Dawson who miss him so much.
