Miss Lindsay Ann Violet Tuomi, age 43 years passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 1, 2023 at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.
Lindsay was born on February 24, 1980 to parents Patricia and Terry. Lindsay was a true warrior in every sense of the word. She had a love for everyone she came in contact with and could light up a room with her laugh and smile. She loved her dolls and stuffies but had a passion for ripping boxes, papers or anything she could get her hands on.
Lindsay endured many years of health concerns. Despite this, she persevered with unimaginable strength and stubborn tenacity. It brings us great peace to know she can now rest.
Lindsay will be lovingly remembered by her parents Patricia and Terry, her sisters Megan (Lee), Melissa (Scott) and Katie (Brad), her nieces Tricia and Aspen and her nephews Ethan and Deven. She will especially be greatly missed by all of the wonderful caregivers she has had past and present.
A celebration of life will take place at 11: 00 a.m. on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at Sargent and Son Funeral Home, 21 N. Court Street.
