It is with breaking hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Margaret Ann Ager (Howell) on Dec 1st, 2024 with family by her side at TBRHSC.
Born on March 18th, 1943, in Fort William (Thunder Bay), Margaret grew up in Stanley Park. She raised a family on Garden Ave, where she and husband Lenard started Len’s RV Sales. In 1986, Marg and Len opened a seasonal Campground named Walk About Creek on Hwy 588, where they both resided through their final years.
Margaret will be lovingly remembered and missed by her two sons Bradley (Sherrie), Rodney (Charmaine), and her two grandchildren Katelyn & Branden, her sister Fran Syncox (Ron), plus numerous family members.
She was predeceased by her husband Lenard of 61 years and her parents, Harry & Irene.
Margaret loved her crafts, she was very artistic, trying her talent at many mediums – Knitting, Painting, Ceramics, and Gardening.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Thunder Bay Regional (2C) for their kind care in her final days.
Cremation has taken place and as per Margaret’s wishes, no service will be held. Interment at Sunset Memorial Gardens and a private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
