Amos Bradley is a political newcomer. The Thunder Bay resident is a musician, works as a delivery driver for a wholesale food company and recently started a marketing company. He has said he is running to defend the inherent rights to health, wealth, faith and sovereignty.
Patty Hajdu
 
Party: Liberal
Occupation: Politician, social services

Incumbent Patty Hajdu was first elected MP in 2015 and has held a series of cabinet positions since then, most recently as Minister of Indigenous services. Before entering politics she ran Thunder Bay’s Shelter House. Her candidate bio lists compassion and equity as core values.
Bob Herman 
 
Party: Conservative
Occupation: Former police chief

Prior to his retirement, Bob Herman served with the Thunder Bay police for 32 years, including 11 years as chief of police.  He also served with the Nishnawbe Aski Police Service. He says concerns with the economy and Liberal spending and taxation prompted him to run.
John Northey

John Northey ran for the Greens in the most recent provincial election and twice before in the Thunder Bay-Atikokan riding. He is not engaging with media in this campaign but previously said healthcare and education are priorities.
Joy Wakefield
 
Party: NDP
Occupation: Lawyer

Thunder Bay lawyer Joy Wakefield has practiced for nearly 8 years, primarily in criminal defence, runs a consulting firm, advising clients on strategic leadership, governance, and professional development. She says chose to run because she believes the North needs strong representation.
