Students in grade 4-6 from Superior North Catholic District School Board were given a unique activity that helped them learn about mindfulness while colouring. They were shown how to colour a mandala, a circular art form.

Students from Nipigon-Red Rock High School, were able to get a glimpse into skilled trades and listen to a quest speak about her journey to medical school. The Canadian Medical Hall of Fame virtual workshop helped them participate in a discovery day in Health Science.
